How do you de-stress?

With all the challenges of life, stress is inevitable.  How do you deal with stress so that it doesn't take over your life?

I de-stress by playing in my garden, working on my jewelry, playing with my puppies, talking with my mom and dad, sister, kids, children, and husband. But I must say, sitting and talking with the big man upstairs, seems to be the best de-stressing method I have.
