Rev. Dr. Timothy L. Hutton

​​ Rev. Timothy L. Hutton, Sr.  is visionary, builder and advocate for the Kingdom of God in the Mt. Holly area.  As the Pastor of Second Baptist Church in Mt. Holly, NJ since 2007, Pastor Hutton is preparing the saints of the church for the work of the ministry to serve the family, the church, and the community.
Pastor Hutton was licensed to preach at the young age of ten in 1974, at Friendship AME Church in Browns Mills, NJ under the pastorate of his father. While there, he served as an associate minister, church organist, choir director and youth director.
 
Since giving his life to Christ, he has had several accomplishments including: serving as a Chaplain for Mt. Holly, Westampton and Burlington City, and forming TL Hutton Ministries where he currently serves as President.  Pastor Hutton has attended the African Methodist Episcopal Church Ministerial Training Institute, Burlington County College, Mercer County College, Shaw University (NC), and Apex School of Theology (NC).  He holds a B.S in Mortuary Science, a B.A in Biblical Studies and a Doctor of Divinity. 
 
Pastor Hutton is a licensed funeral director and is the Owner/Manager of TL Hutton Family & Friends Funeral Services, LLC in Burlington, NJ.  He is also a Traffic Control Supervisor for the NJ Turnpike Authority.
 
Pastor Hutton is the youngest of five children born to Rev. William C. Hutton and late Betty Hutton.  He’s married to Lady Dawn Hutton and has 8 children and six grandchildren.
